Missing in Ukraine

Paul Ogilvie, also known as Black Paul, from London, UK, is a Balkan War veteran who arrived in Ukraine in Spring 2022. He was badly wounded in August 2022 and is now abandoned by the Ukrainian regime and ignored by the Croatian government regarding his veteran status.
